It is not necessary for us to collect every personal detail about you. Our primary purpose in collecting your personal data is to enhance and provide the services, products, and experiences that you and our customers anticipate from us.

  • Service providers: We enlist the services of other companies to carry out tasks on our behalf or support us in delivering services to you and usually cover a range of functions, including marketing, advertising, communications, security, infrastructure and IT services, processing credit card transactions or other payment methods, customer service, analysis and enhancement of information (including user interactions with our service), and the administration of consumer surveys. Certain external third parties we engage with are located outside the UK and EEA, meaning that the processing of your personal data may involve a transfer of data beyond these regions. To ensure a comparable level of protection for your personal data, we implement one of the following safeguards whenever we transfer your personal data outside the UK and EEA:

  • Ensure that the country in which your personal data will be handled has been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data by the European Commission; or

You will not be required to pay any fee to access your personal data or to exercise any other rights granted to you under applicable data protection laws. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is deemed to be unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Additionally, we may refuse to comply with your request in such circumstances

To ensure the security of your personal data, we may need to request specific information from you to confirm your identity. This step is crucial in preventing unauthorized disclosure of your personal data to individuals without the proper rights to access it. In some cases, we may reach out to you for further information concerning your request to speed up our response.

 

We strive to address all legitimate requests within one month. However, if your request is particularly complex or if multiple requests have been made, it might take longer. If such delays occur, we will notify you promptly and keep you informed of the status.
